Privacy Policy

Last updated June 2026. This page explains what data UnifySSL collects and how we use it.

What we collect

Account information you provide (name, email, organization), the domains and configuration you manage, and operational telemetry from your edge nodes (request logs, host metrics, certificate status) needed to run the service.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service: issuing certificates, applying your configuration, showing you traffic and health, and communicating about your account. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers required to operate UnifySSL (hosting, email delivery, certificate authorities) and where required by law. Each is bound to handle it appropriately.

Retention

Access logs and metrics are retained for a limited window and then deleted. Account data is kept while your account is active and removed on request after closure.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email us to make a request.
